About Pre-Orders

Peaches & Pairs™ products are currently available for pre-order only. By placing a pre-order or joining a product waitlist, you are expressing your intent to purchase the product when it becomes available. Your payment will be charged at the time of purchase (not at dispatch). The brand is expected to launch and dispatch orders in late 2026.

Expected Dispatch Timeline

We are currently targeting late 2026 for our initial product launch and dispatch. This timeline is an estimate and is subject to change based on formulation, manufacturing, and regulatory timelines. We will notify all pre-order customers and waitlist subscribers of any material changes to the expected dispatch date.

Delays

If the dispatch of your pre-order is delayed beyond 90 days from the stated expected dispatch date, you will be entitled to a full refund of any amounts paid. We will proactively contact you if a delay of this nature is anticipated. You do not need to take any action to claim this refund — we will process it automatically.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process a full refund of any amounts paid within 5 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Once an order has been dispatched, our standard Returns and Refunds policy applies.

Waitlist Sign-Ups

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a binding commitment. Waitlist sign-ups are used to gauge demand, notify you when pre-orders open, and provide you with early access and exclusive offers. You can unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Product Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to product formulations, packaging, scent options, or sizing before launch. If we make a material change that significantly alters the product you pre-ordered, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Pre-Order Terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
